I really don't like spending hours in a kitchen cuz I'm quite busy and honestly, kinda lazy lol. So I like how easy and quick this dish is. Only 15 minutes and you'll have a nutritious and delicious meal. I'd like to enjoy it with some 烤麸 I bought from grocery stores. A bag of potato chips is also a great idea.
